What? Blues on the Bay is a one day blues concert festival in Ellison Bay that serves as a fundraiser for Door County Secret Santa Inc., a non-profit organization that raises money to anonymously pay winter heating bills for struggling Door County families. Entry is free and we ask for donations, large and small, to help keep Door County homes warm this winter. ••• When? - Saturday, August 23rd from 12:00pm-7:00pm(ish.) ••• Where? - 11953 Hwy 42, Ellison Bay Ellison Bay's Community Park on Hwy 42 just south of "downtown" Ellison Bay ••• Parking? - Parking for the event is located at the Liberty Grove Historical Society grounds. (11831 Hwy 42, Ellison Bay) Shuttle service (2 shuttles) will be running to and from the park throughout the day and dropping off at the north side driveway. Parking at the venue is limited to musicians, vendors, and guests with limited mobility. ••• Seating? - Bring blankets and folding chairs! ••• Rain? - Concert is rain or shine, there is a big tent for shelter from sun and rain. ••• Cost? - This is a benefit concert for Door County Secret Santa and all donations help us anonymously pay heating bills for struggling Door County families.
